Common questions
Why do I need an account?
Your wing is saved to your account and synced across your phones, so you sign in to use MyWing. It is for adults 18 and older.
I forgot my password.
Use the forgot-password option on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a link to choose a new one.
I didn’t get the email to confirm my address.
Check your spam folder, then open MyWing, go to Settings and your account, and tap “Send confirmation email again”. If it still doesn’t arrive, write to us from the address you signed up with.
How do I share something to my wing?
In another app, tap Share and choose MyWing. It’s saved to your wing and you can add a note about who it’s for.
What is a song, and is it shared?
A song is a short tune MyWing makes from what you know about someone. It stays in your wing, and you choose whether to share it with anyone.
How do I delete one thing?
Open the item, tap the menu (the three dots) and choose Delete.
Can I keep a note private?
Yes. Press and hold a note and choose Keep private, and it won’t show up in notifications or in anything you share outside the app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete your account. If you can’t get in, email us. The steps are on the data deletion page.
